Colt light rifle

Wondering if anyone on the 'slide has a colt light rifle and what's your experience? Would a 7mag knock my teeth out or are the stock dimensions conducive to reducing felt recoil?

I have one in a 300 Win Mag shooting 200gr loads and I do not find the recoil to be bad at all. The 7mm Mag will be tamer for sure. Both use the same stock and barrel profile. I had one in 270 Winchester too and that had fairly light recoil. You will be fine.

U could always send it to Melvin Forbes to put a good stock on it & tune it up. They shoot really nice.
