An anti hunting organization for the most part. Google their mission statement and its pretty clear. Unfortunately the average Joe is unaware of this. Its VERY commonplace in Western Mountain towns for the HSUS to sponsor events that are hugely popular. I've passed through some of these events and chatted with participants and staff. Most everyone I spoke to showcased a complete lack of knowledge about the HSUS's core values / mission statement in regards to hunting or ANTI hunting to be more accurate. Most seem to just think this organization is simply focused on animal welfare when in fact they stand for much more. I give them a thumbs down.

No love lost for the Humane society at all. However we are out of control with The weight an allegation now carries. An allegation is now an automatic conviction without due process.
