    I work in that industry and I would bypass the ballast and pick up 8ft led direct drive bulbs. Satco has options for around 35 bucks a bulb. Much easier than replacing the whole fixture and for much cheaper.

    You can buy OTC elk B in Montana, but you have to do it before the start of general season. Also they are mainly for private land.

    Thank you for all the responses so quick. Is there any concern with longevity with the Kowa? I looked on their website and they state only a 10 year warranty when most others have lifetime.
