10 Point in velvet November cryptorchid

My boys and I were doing some opening day gun hunting on our farm and one killed a 10 point full velvet with 5 brow tines. Gutted he weighed 180 just a big old deer

Had undescended testicals (empty sack) but was a buck, no rutting buck smell and no swollen neck. Always heard about deer like this but cool to see one, the bases were the size of a beer can

Have spent a ridiculous amount of time looking at and killing whitetails, guided and managed properties for over 20 seasons, have only seen that once, not full velvet though.
