I take it every morning and it has replaced my energy drinks. I am so used to pre-workouts and caffeine that none of them give me a huge boost anymore, but I have seen it's effects on others and it works. My buddy and his GF both took it before we climbed a 14er last weekend and they were both bouncing off the walls when we started.
