@360. I can’t follow all the twists in this thread but I’ll try to help. Some lines, labels, etc don’t show until you zoom in a ways. There’s only so much real estate on a phone screen so desktop might be different. Another thing is free trials and/or initially paying for a service can be buggy where a app delete and reinstall should resolve it.

That being said, take your attitude somewhere else.
