Lost the thumb lug on my Bugout. Filled in the contact form on the website letting them know I needed to buy one. Received a new one a couple days later, no charge. I own 5 Bugouts, which get tons of work at my warehouse plus in the field.

My son was able to do his Engineering internship at Benchmade.
After learning about their quality control standards and use of top end blade steel, I have a new respect for Benchmade. His quote was, they won’t make cheap stuff.

I absolutely love my Bugout! Great blade design. So lightweight that I forget it’s in my pocket, and I get sad every time I misplace it.
There are other quality knife manufacturers out there. I feel Benchmade is one of them.
