CCI 250 Primer issues

I have always, set my Dies from the "Shoulder" to the cartridge "Face" just, "kissing" the shoulder .002/.003,..NOT the Belt, on a .270 Weatherby Mag, a .338 Win Mag. and 2, 7 MM Rem Mags that, I have owned and NEVER had one,.. miss fire WITH, Win. Magnum or Fed F-215, Primers.

The only primers Ive ever had misfires with are CCI250's.....also had pierced primers in a 33XC last year.....In 8yrs Ive never had a misfire with 215's.
