I have a 3700 sq ft rambler home. I think it would be preeeeetty spendy to make vaulted ceilings in the basement.
I was in construction for a lot of years. Rent a crane to hold up the upper levels and attach it to the roof, get a circular saw and cut all the way around the bottom perimeter of the house and lift the house 8' or so, frame it up, drywall, insulation, exterior siding, extending electrical, ventilation, chimneys, and plumbing that you had to cut through with the circular saw. I'd say right around $1500 should cover that :)

What’s the length of your mounts from the back to the tip of the nose?

My son in law made a pedestal stand for my euro mount using some old farm implement gearing as a base. We’re thinking of having a few whitaile euros on the same pole under the elk.
