I recently posted a thread for hiking boot recommendations. I am from Alabama and will be using them at a TAC event in Georgia. I know the elevation is noting like some other states but I do go in some pretty steep and muddy places so traction is key. I have a thin foot but wear a 13 or 14. I would mostly likely like to use these for scouting whitetail, turkeys and just walking around in the woods. I might pair them with a gaiter and use them for hunting. I would eventually like to go hunt elk and other things and wanting to make a wise purchase and get something that is very comfortable and works well for my foot size.
