How do you carry a RidgeRest on a Highcamp?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a bikini highcamp 4800 and need to finalize accessories for my order. Couple of questions:

1) Whats the best way to carry a ridgerest solite pad on the Highcamp? Inside the bag? Outside using existing straps? Or should I order an extra lash kit and/or Grab-It?

2) Pockets: On the Kifaru site there is a picture of a Highcamp done up with 2 pockets on the back and one on each side. This seems like a good setup for my needs. What type and size of pockets are those in the picture?

Probably 2 large on the sides 2 mediums on the back. You can carry the pad in the bungee on the back or strap it to the bottom or in between the lid and the top. Many different ways to carry it.

I'd carry that pad on using the straps on the outside of the sleeping bag compartment.

I would get a new pad. I know, not helpful.
