Hello all just looking for advice on a good starter length for an ILF riser . Im new to the Trad game and wanted to start with lighter poundage to learn good form etc… what length would be ideal for a 5’7” guy , my draw length for a compound is 28 “ . Thank you in advance. Jason

I think 17" or 19" would be a good choice if you plan to hunt with it some day. Below is a chart showing overall bow length for various riser/limb combinations. Double your draw length is a common rule of thumb for minimum overall length. Longer is generally easier to shoot, just a little more unwieldy in the field.

A 19" WF19 or Das Riser or Junxing F261 riser . The Junxing the least expensive and a great solid hunting riser too start out with / no sloutch .
