Has anyone created sort of a cheat sheet of each of the 50 states’ MZ regs... caliber, sites, type etc?

Not all states, but this is one of the most relevant I've seen. Best route is to research each state you're planning on hunting individually by reading the regs, which you should be doing anyways.

Best solution is have one Muzzleloader that can be converted to do it all (e.g. Knight Ultralight in .50) and then maybe add a second in .45 that can shoot smokeless if you really want to get into it.

I think the better solution is to get a sidelock, shoot real black powder & patched round balls. That way you know you’re legal everywhere... and you look really cool
Make sure it's a flintlock! Pa won't tolerate those modern percussion rifles.
