Lowa Mid Sole

Do other Lowa boots have that hard feeling in the mid sole like there isnt a lot of cushion in the boot similar to the Camino? I don’t like how the mid sole has what feels like a piece of wood just beneath the insole. I am looking at the Ranger and Tibet which look to have a thicker mid sole but wanted to make sure.

Anyone have insight here?

They eventually break in. But it took me a year and a half of persistently swapping them into the rotation. Once you break them in, they get pretty comfy.

I am referring to the boot structure. The way it feels like you’re almost walking on the ground and there isn’t a lot of cushion. Are you sure that’s something that breaks in?
