Interesting reading, my takeaway was that urban-rural conflicts exist. Compensation programs for affected producers are probably going away from lack of political support from urban types. Predictable outcomes from the rural segment if they feel no one recognizes their pain. Nothing happens until the problem enters your neighborhood. Reminds me of the TV news report showing feral hogs destroying carefully manicured yards in Ft Lauderdale. Hogs will be hogs, wolves will be wolves. No surprises here.
