Hi all.
Just returned from Nunivak Island with a nice Musk ox. I plan to do a half mount, but really like the looks of the skull and horns for a European. Considering having a replica skull plate and horns made for the mount and then being able to use the actual skull for the European.
Been trying to find someone that makes replicas. Talked to a couple places. Some get pretty pricey. Talked to Antlers by Klaus in Wisconsin. Their website seems to look good and the price isn't terrible. But had to call a couple times to finally talk to someone and they weren't extremely versed in what they offered. I got a lot of "about" and "I think it will be" type answers. I'd like to go visit and talk to them face to face but it's an 11 hour drive one way.
