Where are you finding them for under 2k?!?

gunbroker has a handful below $2k (cove creek) and then more just above. i'm totally envious as they don't make the excaliburs in lefty otherwise i'd have one.

I’d go for a non magnum caliber personally, the only magnum rifles I have now are 375HH magnums, everything else is standard.

Of the rifles you mentioned, I’d get the ridge line, this are sweet rifles, I’d love a 20” 308 version. I personally never saw the use in getting a weatherby in a non weatherby caliber configuration.

I may get a beating for this suggestion but CZ puts out a pretty nice rifle imo. I have a heavy barreled 308 that shoots much better than I can. I see that the have a ultimate hunting rifle that they guarantee moa out to 600 yards. I can not verify that rifle but I know mine in a 308 is a shooter.
