Finally getting around to be able to put up my first introduction post. Made it out West for my first do it yourself elk hunt with my buddy last fall. We were out there for over two weeks and had a great time even though he barely saw an elk and I didn't see any at all. But just being up in the mountains in hunting is impossible to beat. Thanks for all the guys who put up their great post here there's just a ton of information on this site makes the learning curve so much shorter if that's even possible....
