My bosses have "encouraged" me to get vaccinated....lucky for me we are already below skeleton crew as it is...

I looked them and asked if they really were prepared to push that issue...it wouldn't go well for me ..but would cripple my group and ultimately the company

That bear is no longer poked...status quo may change tomorrow if someone else walks in the door with their little yellow star ..but not today

Funny how a few months ago we were "heroes" as healthcare workers. Now they kick us to the curb if we don't comply with their new rules.

You are 100% right. My wife, as I’m sure you were too, was exposed to covid + pts for over a year, reusing N95 masks, doubling up surgery masks, washing gowns, sending gear out to be UV treated etc etc., this with NO vax. She never got sick even while working in the covid ward with a room full of pts.

now, it’s thank you very much, get vaxxed or get out.
