Outdoorsman stud and adapter question

Hello I just ordered a new pair of Swarovski NL Pure 10x42 binoculars and I'm thinking about getting the Outdoorsman stud and short adapter but I have a question about if it will fit on my befree head. Do I need to buy that special adapter they sell or will it fit or directly on my plate

The bottom of the the adapter is threaded 1/4 so you can add any plate that mounts with a 1/4x20 i believe screw.
Their arca adapter for the bottom is just a stream lined piece if you are using and arca Swiss head.

And also there adapter clamps rite into there heads.

I have the outdoorsman adapter and have a small aces plate screwed into it so it works with my Sirui VA5 head
