Paleo people...what's a typical day look like for you?

Hahaha I pictured a plate of eggs and how I would feel about that lmao....price if definitely the downside to paleo acceptable powders.

I use this brand: http://www.sfh.com/products/whey_protein/2lb_bags/pure_whey_-_2lb_bag

It is, dairy based, but its super high quality and tastes/feels/digests very "clean" and "light". 23 grams of protein per scoop. Definitely watch out for the cheap stuff -full of filler, very dense and heavy and require multiple scoops to even get 20g of protein.

Just thought I'd check in. I weighed myself for the first time in 27 days since I started Paleo. With very minimal exercise and a really strict Paleo diet I've lost 20lbs in less than a month!!! I'm currently 5'11" 200.5lbs and feel great. I'm going to incorporate more exercise and hope to hit 190 and stay in that weight range. I'm 29 years old and feel the best I've ever felt. Thanks for all your input guys.
