Always oversize. I would bite the bullet and get the Noco GB150 or the new 155 version. I have the 150 and it doesn't even struggle to start farm equipment.

Dbpower unit has paid for itself and I’m pretty happy with it. I will say that while jumping a v8 only shows up as a 1% or so decrease on the meter, one time I left the switch in the “on” position and came back a few days later to find it completely drained. So, apparently there’s no auto-off feature, and somehow the thing discharged itself doing absolutely nothing. That’s the only knock I have.

This thread saved me last week.

After reading this thread and watching that video I decided I should buy a jump pack. I purchased the Audew about 3 weeks ago. Monday while out hunting in the middle of nowhere SW Desert of Utah, tucked away camping off the main road my truck wouldnt start. The Audew started my diesel with no issues. In fact I accidentally shut the truck off right away and had to jump it again. The unit still had a 90% battery after jumping twice.
