Swaro Stc or Sts-65 hd

If you could only run one, as a packable spotter for western hunting including some digiscoping, which would you rather have. I’m considering pulling the trigger on a stc but want to make sure that the sts65 isn’t more usable for those that have experience with both

I have the angle version of both - if you are specifically comparing the STC with the STS-65 (and not the STX-65) then I would suggest the STC.

The STC vs STS-65 with the 25-50x wide angle lens might be a toss up - but I'd still choose STC
For me, I wouldn't consider the STS-65 with the 20-60x lens unless it was some smoking hot price...

If you are considering the STX-65 in the mix, then I'd probably say it depends:
* If you primarily plan to use the spotter on pack-in hunts where the total pack weight is a concern - STC
* If you think a 95mm objective and/or BTX is ever on the radar - STX

I have a new STC and like it after trying it out before my December sheep hunt. I had offers to buy it from my guides. Thought I'd keep it, but due toi age and realization that Sheep tags are OIL for a reason, I've decided to part with it. Wonderful piece of kit to carry!
