Thoughts on Maven 2x Optics Doubler

It would be used with Maven B1.2 8x42's

Where I elk hunt, there is one valley between two hillsides and I can scan the far side for elk. It is roughly 3 miles away.

I am not looking to score any animals, just to be able to see them. I wish that I would have thought to see what the ability was to pick out animals that far away this past elk season.

I don't know how easy it is to see elk at 3 miles with 8x42's on an open hillside.

I have it and it works okay when everything is mounted solid. But it's kimda finicky. If you want mine I'll give you a deal on it. PM me if interested
