Recently bought and old Savage model 1920 and it came with an Echo scope mount and 3/4" rings. I saw that Echo made 1" split rings and would love to find a pair. I am sure the ol' Texan is great but was hoping to upgrade the scope.
The mount is surprisingly well made and fits the rifle well. I planned on just having it drilled and tapped, but once I spent more time looking at the receiver it won't be nearly as simple as I thought. Would love to get the bigger split rings and keep the old school mount.
It is in 250 savage and I bought it to get my daughter started. Super stoked to work up some loads for it. I will attach some pics below for a better idea. Thanks for any help.
