I've been using a Tru-Ball Cyclone dual caliper wrist strap release for 12 years now without a single issue. And accuracy isn't an issue. As long as I do my job the rest of my setup will stack arrows even at 100.

I used a Scott Caliper release for maybe 20 years ? I bought like 5 or 6 of them. The Velcro would wear out but the release was perfect until Scott changed the strap and ruined them.

Then a few years back, about like 10, I went to a Tru-Ball Valor type that the pro shop in Connecticut I used had customized from Tru Ball that fit better for short fat fingered people. I bought 2 and my brother bought two. I kick myself in the asssss now that I didn’t buy 5-6 ! They don’t make them anymore and I can’t get them.

I have 8 releases.

4 wrist straps
2 thumb activated hand held
1 hinge
1 back tension only

I am using the thumb activated hand helds this year and cant see ever going back to a wrist release.
My thumb releases are Carter Just B cause and the Nock 2 it.
The Nock 2 it is what I plan to use
