Antelope can be easy to sneak up close to depending on the terrain. Work the landscape and you can get within 200 yards. I have taken over 20 of them under 200 yards.
Last year I notched 3 speed goat tags and longest shot was 160 yards.
Unless you choose to do so, there should be very few occasions that require you to shoot past 300 yds.
As far as your choices, I'd call it a pick em. Use the one you're most comfortable with as your primary and bring another along as a back up in case of something unforeseen.
Antelope only yield about 35# of boned meat so I don't want to lose any to bullet trauma. I use Barnes TTSXs and shoot for heart/lungs.
If I had to pick among those rifles for pronghorns it would be the 243. Any bullet (other than a varmint bullet) will do well for a 100 lb. ppronghorn.
