Wyoming Region Y Deer/Elk Combo

Ladies and gents, I just got my results back for Wyoming secondary draw and I pulled a reduced price unit 36 type 6 cow elk tag. I only applied for this as I drew a Region Y Mule deer tag in the main draw. My question is, considering what I’m reading about difficulty of access in Unit 36, would it be better to focus elsewhere in Region Y for a decent Muley buck? Or, is it feasible to get into both in Unit 36? I have a good off-road truck (2019 Ranger FX4 lifted good tires) and I am good to pack in a few miles.
