Been a while since I posted here. Actually up 5 lbs but still running, body weight exercises, etc. Currently 225, am going to really tighten up my diet,I have a 5k race in July.
220 this morning, down 3 lbs since 3/6/22. Been on the road, thought I lost more than 3 lbs in 3 weeks but I'll take it. Still progressing in the right direction.
224 lbs this morning, down 1 lb since last week.
Good news, I ran another 5k race yesterday and won 1st in my age group. Ran a faster pace than 2 weeks ago so I'm progressing on a fitness level even if the weight loss slowed.
225 lbs this morning, down 2 lbs from last Sunday. Weight has fluctuated all week from a low of 224 to 228. I put it off to water retention which is why I only count my Sunday weigh in. Put a paper back on the fridge with the date and weight so my wife keeps an eye on it also. More...
Weigh in today. 227 lbs, down 3 lbs since last post 9 days ago. Although I weigh myself daily when home, I usually only count my weigh in on Sunday to eliminate the fluctuations during the week.

Weigh in on Sunday, 197 lbs, down 1 lb from last post. Ran the virtual Boston 5k on Friday and set a PR of 28:11 so I guess the slow weight loss isn't really hurting me 👍.
