    IdahoElk, I found the sizes to be pretty accurate, if you want to layer up underneath I would suggest going the size up if your borderline. I just had a look on their website and it looks like the large is out of stock, so the decision may have been made for you :) Regards Mark.

    Good2eat, I had a look and yes it is pretty good for you guys over there. That flat rate of $20.00 is in AUD, at the moment it will be under $14.00 USD. That is for a package up to 5kg (11 lbs) . Pretty good value. Mark.
