    How often to change assistant exercises

    Not super related to hunting fitness, but I was wondering how often you switch your accessory lifts for deadlifts, squats, bench press, and overhead press. When you switch, do you lose much on the accessory exercises that you did previously, or does the strength usually stay?

    Non insulate and will add can of kenetrek wax. Probably only 15 miles on flat ground prior to a hunt, then worn on a 7 day elk hunt. Didn’t have them fully broke in, but they don’t seem to be for my feet. Haven’t worn them in two years, just been sitting in my closet. Hoping to get $250 shipped
