What's your total weight upfront?
My setups depend on what animals in after and what new prototype I'm shooting. For flat out speed no more than 25-30 gr insert and 100 gr head, mid weight set up would be IW 25 insert and 10 gr ti collar. For mid heavy weight would be IW 25 HIT/25 collar and 100-125 head. Rob86Jeep you'll be fine with your setup your definitely spited stiff enough. Im running .250 spine arrows with 45 brass insert and 100 gr iron will up front....out of 80# bow at 30" draw. They shoot excellent so you'll have no issues. Ive also tried and shot the 75 brass inserts up front also... -

Have a look at the .240 spine Easton bloodlines. They should be the ticket for that long draw. They come with FOC enhancing brass inserts also. -
How are you installing collars with hot melt?
It’s called cold melt and comes in blue sticks. Use steam from a kettle to heat up components and apply in the same manner you suggested. Cold melt made by Bohning archery. It’s blue instead of honey color, and works pretty good ( melts at lower temps). Can use it to aligne broadheads after... -

My mountain extreme bow
I checked the level and 3rd axis was so close to perfect on my bow I never worried about it. I’d just shim it on the riser if it was out. Easy enough to cut shims from shim stock. -
