The antelope decoy is a blast when it works. It's tough to manage the decoy and get a shot off if you are solo, especially in the wind. There seems to be a couple day period during the rut where it's amazing. If I had to put a number on it I would say it's worked less than 10 percent of setups...
I keep my clothes in the giant zip lock bags. Then put those inside large rubbermaid totes. You can fit a ton of clothes in one of those oversized totes. You can use ziplock like a vaccum sealer on clothes that arent down, etc.
I'm just wondering how you guys carry release while spot and stalk or elk hunting. I switched to a thumb this winter and love it. I shot fingers 20 some years before going to a wrist strap for a few and the wrist strap just never felt right to me. I want to hear from the guys that have more...
