Some nice bucks there. I've been wondering about this new objective. Looks like it is a winner. I would like to get a look through it with the BTX. Thanks for sharing your experience and photos.

Sweet pictures!

Another great way to get good photos when It's windy, or kind of just in general, is to use the video mode. Then just pause the video and use the bar at the bottom to go through frame by frame and take screen shots. It really works great and you're not bumping your spotter by pushing the photo button at the exact same time you're trying to take a picture. Looking forward to more pictures!
Exactly!! That’s what I had to end up doing with a lot of these photos! Thank you.

Oh I know man! I really want to try it! I wonder if it’ll be 35X or if it’ll be higher power?

Haha hell yeah. Great minds think alike!

I've grown to enjoy the whole phone skoping process. It's a great addition to the hunt for me and I got 6 kills on video this year. Which also proves to be crucial when a shot doesn't go as planned. It gives you an exact reference for where that animal was and you can walk right to it and verify by the vegetation or specific rocks in the videos!

Nice Photo's Man! Thanks for sharing! Did you range how far away you were for the second set you posted?

Gosh man I would say close to 600 maybe 700? I try to keep my distance so they don’t run or use unnecessary energy! I know winters are tough on those bucks. I used 70x like it was 30 power on any other scope. Crazy good!

I just got my Swaro STX and 115mm!! I’m starting this thread and will be posting some mule deer photos through the big eye! Stand by, heading out to find bucks in the morning!

I’ve got a hard time believing it’s that good. Let me swing by and check it out for myself. In your spots. Where the deer are. In hunting season. ONLY to see if it’s that good. That’s all.

I love how on this forum a great thread pops up every so often like this thread and guys get enthusiastic about something they care about, and they bounce around their expertise and everybody benefits, including an old timer like myself, and eventually as the thread dries up a tongue and cheeker like jmav58 filters in at the end and drops a well-traveled dime on the conversation and somebody, Robby Denning included, will pick up on that and begin a subtle, good-humored give and take. I love it!

Had a great day looking for bucks! Hope you all enjoy the photos! The 115 is one amazing piece of glass. My cell phone camera really doesn’t do the scope justice. I will have a DSLR adapter in the next week or two. I may start a new thread and attatch a full review of the 115 compared to the Harpia and the 85mm swaro objective.
