Super happy with the gun. Topped it with a Swaro X5i and worked up a load with the H4350 and 77TMK shooting just shy of 3300 fps with the 18” bbl suppressed. I haven’t taken it coyote hunting yet but hopefully soon.

Preferred has some pretty good deals on barreled actions with a carbon 22creed barrel right now. I think they're 20".

@Pheasanthnter1 what is your experience with the preferred barrel? They seem like a good deal at first but when you start adding the fluting, threading...etc they aren't much cheaper than a more high end barrel.

I've had a lot of barrels. We reload. We've had $175 wilson barrels shoot tighter groups than bartlein barrels. Its not common but it happens. Higher end barrels in my experience just tend to be more forgiving when doing load development. Easier to find loads that shoot well.

If your shooting factory loads, then buying up will benefit you. If you reload, I'm very confident that you will find a load that makes any barrel do what you expect a barrel to do.

That being said. A turd is a turd and it happens to every manufacturer from time to time.
