As far as I can tell, Tikka offers the 'CTR' but they stick the usually magazine on.
I know the COAL will be close, but these will be factory rounds (Hornady Outfitter CX 130) which I suspect will be on the shorter side of SAAMI COAL.
It's a rifle that will have a narrow range of use and not carried far (culling at night) , plan is to get a 'Super Varmint' 24" and swap the stock and mag out as 10 rounds in the compact CTR magazine handles better when shooting out of a confined space vs AICS mags.
Not a tasteful thing to hear for some but this is purely a work and not recreational use case.
