Mark up the sticky cartridge with a sharpy and chamber it. You'll see what's hitting. They might be trending towards a tight neck or a host of other possibilities.

CA has this problem a lot, though seemingly mostly with prcs. Frankly, not sure I've heard of a belted mag with an undersized chamber from any manufacturer before this one. Belted mag chamber specs are pretty sloppy typically.

Its a chamber that is undersized to sammi specs.
The fix is to send the gun back to the manufactor.

Anecdotally I've heard that with such tight SAAMI specs, manufacturers need to change out their reamers more often than they're used to ($$$). Therefore if you buy one built on Friday afternoon at the end of that reamers life you may get stuck cartridges. Same thing happened with my Fierce 6.5PRC Reaper. Shot Norma factory (terribly) but would not chamber or extract factory Hornady cartridges...
