Beef gelatin

Anyone bring and use beef gelatin powder to increase the protein of their freeze dried meals?

I always struggle getting enough protein in the backcountry, and while I will add whey powder and powdered eggs to many of my meals to boost them up they quite often don't work well with many dinners flavors.

Thoughts?

I do, it works good I toss it in my coffee, it's flavorless.
