Best customer experience with GPO

I am new to this forum and I wanted to share my recent experience I have had purchasing binoculars. I originally was going to go with one of the big names in the optical industry and after purchasing 2 of their products and a failed customer service experience where a technician could not answer the simplest of questions I reached out to GPO. Long and short of the story the guys at GPO answered every question I had as well as took the time to share their wealth of knowledge with me. Due to this I am now the proud owner of a pair of Passion HD 10 x 42
