Best estimate of score

I know the below photo is not great but I couldn't get closer and I watched him for 35 minutes and he didn't move an inch so that I could l get another angle. I have a late season tag (Utah, Central Mountains Manti) that opens in 18 days and I'm wondering if this bull will be on the top of my list of targets. I'm terrible at scoring bulls so I'm wondering what kind of estimates of ranges others might have.
