No just first time going westward and hunting mule deer. I posted a similar post in the Mule Deer Thread and no one has answered

Ha, ok. I would go rifle the first time. A lot of NE mule deer country is wide open, great for spot and stalk, but challenging. Rifle would be a better first go, let you see the country with better odds of success.

I for sure don’t expect much. I just want to go and at least see one rather than on tv. That’d be a win for me on first try.
