Another solid, gem filled episode on my favorite podcast! Love these podcasts that touch on what it really takes! Just a grind most days. I will admit as a "newer" mule deer addict I have been guilty of thinking I just missed the magic recipe but come to find out it is mostly just stick to itness. Love how Robby and the guest were open with the emotions that go into the quest for a certain buck. I tend to think I'm the only one that wants to quit... Keep them coming Robby, don't quit on us now!

All I can say is your friends are amazing. A buck like that is cool, but to selflessly share info on an animal like that takes a one in a million friend.

I’m also glad you talked about the reality of balancing hunting and family. I have an amazingly supportive wife, and yet I battle feelings of guilt and thoughts of how selfish I am every year.
