Just found out I’m going to be attending the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Glynco GA during the entire hunting season. Can anyone recommend an outfitter? Private land they’d be willing to let a Police Officer hunt? Or decent public land? I should have weekends off and I don’t want this to kill my season completely.

Georgia has quite a few WMA's. Some are around Brunswick and there are
several within 2 or 3 hours. They are usually fine to hunt unless you are
there for one of the select weeks where certain " hunting forum groups"
show up for annual group meet. Can get crowded for those weeks. Usually
3 to 8k acre tracts with good trail access. Lots of Coastal fishing!! Several
nice primitive camping WMA's.

Georgia has loads and loads of public land whether it be WMA or USFS land. Im located in far NE Georgia. Wish I had more information about that area

Fort Stewart has hunting for pigs and deer. May be an hour so drive NW from Brunswick. There used to be a lot of dog hunting in the area which will make sense when you try to walk through the woods/swamp!
