Bug Bivy Vs Bug Net

I’ll admit that I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to the creepy crawly things, and I want to have some protection from snakes and spiders while I sleep. That being said, I’ve been looking into running a bug bivy under my mountainsmith LT. However, I see that there is also an option of running a bug net as well. For those with experience, which do you prefer?

Each system is different but to generalize:
-Bivy: simpler to set up if moving frequently, typically lighter, nice for cowboy camping, more constraining
-inner net with floor: more comfortable and less constraining if you are tent bound when not sleeping and want bug protection. More work to set up, typically heavier, doesn’t feel like a “bear burrito”

After one bad night under a tarp when I was kept up half the night by ants crawling all over me I decided I needed a bug bivy. If you don’t like feeling closed in and having things touching your face while you sleep I’d go with the net, but for me the bivy works great.
