Calculating down fill for a jacket

Does anyone have a way to figure how much down I should put in each baffle on a jacket I am making? I bought 6 oz of 800 full down and my baffles are sewn through and the are 3-1/2” apart.

My initial plan was to jus divide the 6oz up evenly on each baffle and go with that but I have a few short baffles at the zipper and the sleeves are shorter

If all your baffles are the same width measure the total baffle length in inches and divide your down weight by the total baffle length. That will give you the down weight per inch of baffle for even distribution. Measure each baffle and multiply its length by the down weight per inch. That's how much down that baffle needs.
