Camo fabric

Does anyone know where I could purchase optifade subalpine fabric anywhere? I want to make some of my own gear,but I cannot find anywhere online that sells the fabric.ant help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

A friend of mine who makes and sells camo clothing told me camo patterns are patented. He has to pay to use a specific camo like Realtree. I doubt Sitka camo would be available to the public to purchase the fabric.

As noted above, these designs are protected by copyright law. You’ll be limited to public domain patterns such as “woodland camo” etc.

Multicam is a protected design, yet you can still go out and buy Multicam.

I have never seen any of the Optifade camos though, I don't think those are sold to the public.
