7lbs 15oz as you see it. So probably about 6/12 with out scope & rings. 9 twist. Found a Business card from the man who organized the banquet, hasn't got back to me.

I'm pretty sure it was built by Tom Mculough of Lone Wolf.. Proof Research bought him out and they both live in Columbia Falls MT--which it is roll marked on receiver. Defiance Machine is also in Columbia Falls.
Tom built a few rifles for me with exact stock like this 7mag. - 10+ years ago.

13.5" LOP
Weight is 8lbs 3oz as you see it--I'd take off 18-20oz for scope & rings. So 7lbs.
Bottom metal is nice but 9oz of steel.
I contacted 3 different gentlemen from the "Montana Wild Sheep Foundation" ( Which is the ser# ! )
Tom McColough (sp) from Lone Wolf Stocks-(he built 2 rifle for me--same stock). Columbia Falls, MT
Proof Research bought him out--poss builder also. Columbia Falls.

Though---- it is a Top Tier quality build -who cares who built it. The bedding job is best I've seen. Defiance Rebel action is $1645.

$2650 --I should not go less... and you cannot be dissapointed with this rifle.
If I were to keep it I'd swap out BM and save half a pound almost. Put a muzzle break on it-may cut down 2".
Shorten stock to 13" lop --ditch the scope for a Z5 Swaro 1" But got too much $$ into it already.
