DIY Alaska Moose Hunt - Sleep/ Shelter

Here is our sleep/shelter set up we used last week in Alaska while moose hunting

I've been using the Kifaru 12 man Tipi and a 4 Dog titanium for 18 years with great success. I recently sent the tipi to Kifaru for some repairs and they promptly repaied and returned......The poor old thing has had a beating from winds and snow on Geezer Ridge.

We used a Seek Outside 8 man and it worked really well for us as well. Being able to stand up and change pants, and start the stove to take the chill off before bed are gamechangers for sure.
