Tractor Supply and Northern Tool put the tongues of their trailers on solid blocks of styrofoam. I strapped a ratchet strap around them and then duct taped them together.

At 20 yards my field point just barely goes peeks through. It will have to be a 30 yard plus target but for the cost of duct tape it's a legit, light weight target.

The northern tool I went too had over 30 of these blocks. I asked the manager and he just told me take as many as I wanted.

I have also been using the same styrofoam blocks from Northern Tool as well for several years. I just put a bit of glue inbetween the 4 blocks to make the cube that you show. I just spray paint on 5 different points to aim at and it is ready to go.
I am actually about due to replace the one that I have in the backyard as it is getting a bit worn out. They are a great value when priced at free as well!
