DIY "Peloton" top help

Anyone sew up something like this before? Not sure what the closest fabric to their's might be...
Open to alternative fabrics as well. Would be used for early season, so doesn't need to be terribly heavy weight.

some years back, way before Sitka, Kuiu and First Lite were around I knew the wife of a good friend who did custom sewing so I had her make me a couple of tops out of a medium weight fleece with 3/4 sleeves and 1/3 zippered front - I made the mistake of not specifying length but other than that I'm still wearing them, layered with my Sitka, Kuiu and First Lite stuff - I'm always comfortable it seems

That's what the plan is....just need to figure out the fabric situation. Polartec 200, perhaps...

Yes. Heavier than, say, your basic U.A., but light enough to wear alone.
